Hospitality Operations, Inc., is the General Partner of the following hotel limited partnerships:
▪ Grove Hotel Group, Ltd., the owner of the 136-room Hampton Inn® Hotel located in Coconut Grove, Miami, Florida. It opened in November, 1995.
▪ Pines Hotel Group, Ltd., the owner of the 107-room Hampton Inn® Hotel located in Pembroke Pines, Florida. It opened in December, 1998.
▪ Airport Hotel Group, Ltd., the owner of the 147-room Hampton Inn & Suites® Hotel located adjacent to the Miami International Airport, Miami, Florida. It opened in July, 2000.
▪ Win Inn Lodging, Ltd., the owner of the 100-room Wingate by Wyndham®, Miramar, Florida. It opened in July, 2001.
▪ City Center Hotel Group, Ltd., the owner of the 156-room Hampton Inn® Hotel located in downtown Fort Lauderdale, Florida. It opened in February, 2002.
▪ Brickell Hotel Group, LLLP, the owner of a 218-room Hampton Inn & Suites in development to be located in downtown Miami in the Brickell financial district. The hotel is expected to open in early 2010.
