She is a native of West Palm Beach, Florida, currently serves as General Manager of 158-unit Hampton Inn, City Center, downtown
Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She received a Business Administration degree from the University of Florida specializing in
hospitality management.

is veteran of over 12 years in the
hospitality industry. Prior to becoming General Manager of her current property, she served as General Manager of our Hampton Inn in Pembroke Pines, Florida,
at which time her team took home the coveted Hampton Brand Lighthouse Award in 2004. Winners were among the top 5% of the Hampton brand
measured through quality assurance inspections and high guests’ satisfaction ratings. She also served for a brief time as General Manager
of our Wingate Inn by Wyndham. Previous hotel affiliations include Four Seasons Hotel – Palm Beach, Colony Hotel – Palm Beach, Extended Stay America in Gainesville,
Florida and Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
Pansy’s management style is best described as “coaching and mentoring” and adopts as her philosophy of success “the key to a successful
team is influence, not authority”.
